Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Rosella (the “Service”), operated by A1Force Pty Ltd (ABN 37 623 229 327) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Rosella is a collaborative trip-planning tool. It helps groups draft itineraries, share plans, search travel options, and keep notes, expenses and files together. We are not a travel agent, airline, hotel, insurer or payment facilitator. Any booking you make is with a third party, on that party’s terms, and at your own risk.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with a parent or guardian’s involvement where the Service is used to plan travel that includes children. You may delete your account in Profile. Free AI itinerary allowances already used are not restored if you create a new account with the same email.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of itineraries, messages, files and other material you add to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process that material solely to operate the Service for you and people you invite. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Invitations and sharing

When you invite someone to a trip or share a link, you are responsible for choosing who can see that plan. Public or token-based share links may be viewed by anyone who has the URL. Revoke access if you no longer want a trip to be visible.

5. Third-party services and AI

Search results, maps, weather, flight status, deal prices and AI-drafted itineraries are provided for planning only. They may be incomplete, out of date, or typical rather than live. Always confirm times, prices, visas, safety advice and bookings with official sources before you travel.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, overload our systems, scrape the Service, or use it to send spam. Automated access other than through our published apps is not permitted without our written consent.

7. Fees

The Service may be offered free of charge, with usage limits, or with paid features we introduce later. We will describe any fees before they apply. Third-party bookings and travel costs are between you and those providers.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Rosella available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after we post a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for travel disruption, failed bookings, inaccurate third-party data, or loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our option) to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the courts of Australia will have jurisdiction.
